Shipping & Processing

Because everything is handmade most items will be made to order, processing times are 5 business days. We try our hardest to get your products to you as soon as possible. So we thank you for your patience!

My order has been stuck/my package is lost. What do I do next?

Once your order is picked up by USPS we are no longer responsible for any shipping issues/errors with arrival times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to your local USPS, FedEx, etc. for more information on your packages location. You will receive an email confirmation when your items have shipped. Please check that all shipping/billing addresses are correct before purchase.

My shipping address is incorrect, how do I change it?

Please email any shipping adjustments to info@sundayviolets.com. Once the order is placed you will have a 24 hour window period to change the address!

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally! Please note all customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. These may vary by country.

Do you offer returns?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. But we will always be willing to chat and make sure you are helped with any order/issues!
